I'm not much of a gun slinger when it comes playing, in my case practicing standing up at home.
But out of the 4 basses, it's one of the Fenders that needs a little man handling.
But that's what being a bass player is all about. Just gotta show em whos boss.

Hmm, as much as I like numbers, maybe you are on to something. Instead of numbers, we could just use some alphanumeric moniker that is important to each of us as individuals. Maybe I could select the club moniker of PillO...

Or even better, we could allow doubles and each of us could choose any number. We would have to tolerate a large number of 1s, 2s, 666s, and 2112s.

I would be surprised if she were. First, Hurling is an Irish sport, and second, despite how big her bathroom is, it probably wouldn't be big enough even for individual practice, let alone two teams playing a game.

Well, i can see her hurling before the helmet rule cause nothin is gonna get in her way.
As far as the size of the bathroom, it's all the shoes stashed in there we don't know about.

First surmising was correct, the strap goes over my left shoulder, wrapping around to nearly in front of me, and buttons in via Dunlop Straplock (TM) at the inside of the belly-curve. The further-up location of attachment pulls the whole instrument to the right, bringing the headstock/nut/lower playing positions closer to my center. This means my left hand doesn't have to extend so far to reach them. I have a small tendon issue in my left arm, and this totally alleviates it.
This new strap position also brings the tail end of the bass way past me on my right, pronounced in this case more so because of the length of this design. It's a little extreme, but it works for me- it makes playing so enjoyable, to not be dealing with ergonomic weirdness.
