ha! i recently heard a fellow refer to Balti as "Englishman's fare".....
Apparently a lot of the Indian foods eaten in the UK were developed for our taste buds in Birmingham.

Absolutely. The last time we went to visit, which was pushing 20 years ago, we decided to head over to France for a bit. We figured that we had made it across the Atlantic, what's a puny little channel going to stop? Not us. They thought we were nuts. You are going that far? That was before the Chunnel, which meant a ferry ride. It was a whole lot of fun. My son, who was 9 or so at the time, wasn't impressed by what I thought was fascinating. Jeez, DAAAAAAD, another stone church? He did like Mont Ste. Michelle, though.Cultures make do with what they have. The cultures in the UK all developed on an island. Pretty amazing what you can do with what's there. They're weird to some of us because they eat "weird stuff". I'm weird to them because i think nothing of driving for hours to get somewhere.
Me too. Audiences love Blondie tunes!Would love to hear your Blondie stuff.
Plus draining the Colorado River to the point that it never makes it to the Gulf of Baja California. It would interesting to see the state of the aquifers for those two years. From what I’ve read, the population is sucking the groundwater out much faster than it replenishes to the point where the land is sinking.

Depends on the airline. Alaska is surprisingly affordable. You have to bring Jeff along if you plan to make the trip. I have spare Thunderbirds that both of you can play. I even have an Epi with a thick poly finish that even an alien cannot dissolve.Darn, that's almost 3,000 miles for me. How much is the airfare?![]()
At some point they’ll be looking North for waterPlus draining the Colorado River to the point that it never makes it to the Gulf of Baja California.

Very cool! Although I might go with a black PG; on a dim stage it would look like a variant of a Stick!
They already are. There's a push to divert Washington water that pops up every year or two. Washington state is not enthusiastic about it. We have enough water problems during drought years, and those come along more often these days. With the chokingly smoky results that you know too well.At some point they’ll be looking North for water![]()
I happen to know of a great show that's going to be happening at a casino not far from here. The band is great and has a bass player who plays a Thunderbird. And as a bonus, with awesome legs. Plus, I'm sure the audience will be just fine, too. You wouldn't be disappointed.Ha!, i'm there Will!
Yeah, i want in on that action too!
Yep, but we digress!!!They already are. There's a push to divert Washington water that pops up every year or two. Washington state is not enthusiastic about it. I'll just window shop as my get up and go has got up and gone.
Probably WD Designs. You might have to trace it and tell them where to drill for screws. I'm not sure about the logo.Yep, but we digress!!!
Anybody know where I can get a white reverse (preferably Gibson) pickguard?
It could be worse. Both twins could be in the same hemisphere.I feel a great disturbance in the Force
really? look again...70000 vs. 10000000? hmmm i realize the scaling is not the same but...add to that extremely dry weather and high winds...
LA should not be there....it's growth was not sustainable from day 1..
Agree that growth wasn’t sustainable from day one. But a couple hundred years ago it was a sleepy town along a meandering river that flowed 60 miles frim beautiful mountains to the sea with near perfect weather year round. And a decent harbor close by. Who wouldn’t want to live there? Now...it’s a mess.
It might no longer be, if a big quake rolls through.![]()
