Thanks JIO! If you recall, you played (and really dug) that bass (Gretsch) when you came over, love that thing....the LP guitarist just got back from a Euro tour with his band Archer Nation. Weird how time flies, used to remember him running around muddy from the creek up in the SC mountains over 25 years ago when doing sessions with his dad..... I’ve been bugging him incessantly for an NR VP since his dad just retired as Epiphone’s CEONice! That bass looks good on you!(sounds good too!) The LP guitarist plays a sort of Jeff Beck finger-style - his solo caused the room to shift sideways!

fun at the Crow's Nest the other night....singer's a hoot...who'd thought you can dance to Floyd......HATE smartphone camera lenses........
I like it!The black with gold emblem PG arrived today. It fits, not super precise with the hole placement, but close enough. A few minor barely noticeable surface scratches, but not bad. So it’s on the ‘15. Looks different without the white, but I’m liking it.

On summer nights we would play it for hours. This defined my life in 4th grade. We played MFU every recess pretty much the whole year. The guys were in UNCLE and the girls were in THRUSH (patriarchy much?) Somehow (to this day I have no idea how) I ended up as the head of UNCLE. My g/f was the head of THRUSH. Once or twice a week I would be so distracted by Tobie that I'd be captured. Eventually I decided they had a mind control ray, because it was perilously close to defection how easily I was sometimes captured.
(The non-terminating period union is on strike, hence their lack in the names of the organizations.)
Several band names.Ok, new band name right there.
Mine looks like that now, too. I am thinking the knobs need to be gold vintage style to get rid of all chrome. Did I just say that? And black tapes. I have forgotten what strings are on it now. DR nickel wounds, most likely. I do not remember which ones. The black with gold emblem PG arrived today. It fits, not super precise with the hole placement, but close enough. Was I imagining it, or does she really sing “the bitter comes out better on a Gildaxe guitar?”

But are there any vitamins in that food?

The logo is at a slightly different angle, and the application is a little heavy handed looking. It looks just fine anyway. Nobody in an audience will ever notice. Nobody in an audience will notice a different lifeguard and knobs at all, but that is a different small detail.
Huh. Agoura Hills. Not too far. I’ve got to stop this.....
Who knew that had lyrics?!
There's a few classic platform basses I've yet to play - A Stingray being one. It was one of thee basses of its early days. (late 70's/80's)
Still favored by many -
Watched a movie and in the extras they had 3 Russell Crowe & TOFOG film clips. Decided to watch them also.
movie ‘A Good Year’ was average but ok, could have been improved if they went a bit closer to the plot from the book...
Songs, liked 2 from 3 and the other liked enough.
this one surprised me. Different to Russ Le Roq in a good way.
Looked like a fun night
