Thunderbird Club

My dad WAS a cop and was not corrupt. Lawyers in NY dont like jurors closely associated with police because they are concerned with potential bias.

I know 3 brothers who were all cops, grew up with all of them. 2 are retired now, the sweetest most honest guys you'd ever meet.

Thursday, with a little blasphemy thrown in.

Come on man! If you're going to wear an Ampeg shirt, you just can't not play through one. That's just wrong. Possibly some environmental law has likely even been broken.:roflmao:

But I'm suspect the MarkBass rig does sound good.
That’s someone else’s rig. It sounded ok, but I had to turn it way down because I was “TOO F$&@ING LOUD!!!” according to the sound man. I would have been much happier with my little Ampeg rig.

So I ordered a pizza and I'm just mucking around in the living room with my goth thru a gawd awfull bass effects/drum thingamachine and pizza guy with 10,000 tats and piercings shows up and says "oh man, I am a performing artist/poet.. lets jam."
Ten minutes later we had this and then he took off with his 6 cold pizzas and I never saw him again, LOL.

Pretty good, punk!

Kinda reminds me of the Descendants (except for the drum machine)
Impromptu art creation is a wonderful thing!

Currently she's listed for sale here locally. We'll see what happens. I'd really like to find a way to swap this for one in either a burst or natural finish. We'll see what happens.
Why not strip it and stain it? There are some beautiful results from that method.

I'm always scared of what's under there. My experience has been that solid color guitars/basses are solid color to hide flaws in the body wood and that stained ones tend to have a much higher quality wood used since they will be visible. I'd hate to "open it up" only to find I was better off leaving it covered and now I have something that is worth way less than it was before. Seems easier to sell it as is and use that cash to find something I want, no?

Good question.

What if it is stunningly beautiful underneath the finish?
