1. cut truss rod notch in scratch plate
2. shim the sides of the neck pocket
3. move strap button to neck plate

Might be a good time to change the pickup as well.

I don’t recall who it started with (Carter?), but most -if not all - presidents since Nixon have associated with at least a couple of rock stars at some level. Can’t recall about Agnew.
Nixon almost associated with Grace Slick, but that didn’t happen. Probably for the best, given that she planned to drop acid into his drink if she could. Unlikely to have pulled it off, but still.

Did not know that. I heard he's played with a lot of people, but never looked into who. Didn't recall Frehley had a solo thing. But I was never interested in KISS so that might explain it. Seems like Anton Fig did as well for a while, according to the interwebs.

Yup, Anton played with him for a while. Ace's 1978 Kiss solo album is definitely worth checking out. Just a great rock and roll album. Anton played on that as well.

very industrious.
I watched the last 2 episodes of the 2016 Roots miniseries. Well that in between running children to and from places, putting the bins out and generally getting soaked a couple of times. Bit different to a month ago.


I read the Roots book while home after New Years.
