Compare and contrast to RS66s please!
Hard to since I've been using these long enough, but they have that great raw metallic sound I like in the RS66, though maybe a little fuller-sounding. Similar tension from what I remember. I find they feel nicer than RS66, especially when moving string-to-string. I'd be perfectly happy if I could only use RS66, but I like these more. And they're supposed to last longer, though I get plenty of life from the RS66. Just recently I was noticing my sound getting darker and finally realized I hadn't changed strings in five months. I'd definitely recommend trying them if you like SS rounds. After trying them, I was finally satisfied enough that I no longer had any interest in trying others. For reference, I never liked any DR I tried. I find them too laid-back sounding; not enough balls.

Thanks. I will have to give these a try. I have RS66 on my white bird right now.
