Thunderbird Club

So I looked that name up at lunch. Here’s a fairly recent article he wrote for the L&M website. I wonder if @PillO has come across him? Who knows, maybe he even checks in here once in a while.
All About Strings
Because everyone in Canada knows each other? They actually do.

Of course. I didn't see @Engle at Tim Horton's yesterday...

Who knows, it says he works at one of the Toronto stores. I know it’s a big city and our friend lives in the burbs, but maybe?

Everything I need/want I can get at my local L&M. Even if it is at another store, they will get it brought in. So I know many of the people at my local, but not much elsewhere.

The missing string nut! ;)
(not wingnut, that's me, according to some relatives :spit: )

Whatever kind of nuts we are, we’ve adopted you!

Ordered a Graph Tech Black Tusc that should fit. Might end up getting a brass one later...

For those of you who have replaced a nut on your THUNDERBIRD, what’s your material choice?

I read that the first orders of those are shipping. The Lobster hand guy says he has one for a review.
I said back in January I thought they looked cool. They’re priced around £999.00.

Lakin’s website shows a limited run of the design made in the US with his name on them. A bit pricy though at $4290. Novaks...
