Any owners of an all original NR have thoughts on the pickups here?
My '67 NR is all original('cept the PG). I've never given any thought to changing the pups. The bridge/superfluous pup may have a 'bad' volume pot but since I don't use it, I don't care. The front(neck?-it ain't that close. Like my EB-0)gives me all the tonal possibilities I could ask for, so I'm happy as a clam at high tide. Well, except for the fact we ain't playing.:banghead::thumbsdown::mad::(:poop:

I came close to buying a couple of those over the years. Never pulled the trigger tho.

It's the first time I've seen one, I'd be pulling the trigger but am still paying off that Les Paul.

Ever unscrewed the pickups and taken a look at the underside? That's mostly what I'm curious about, the holes on the underside of the pickup in that photo look oddly large.

I am lucky enuff to know my limits when it comes to instruments(and some other things). I'm certain I could take it apart. Not so sure I could put it back together.:help::bag:

Received some more photos of that Pelham Blue NR II on reverb. Does the underside of the pickup look right to any of you original owners? The screw holes on the underside look overly large, but honestly I haven't seen enough examples to determine that or not? They believe the frets are original. Currently trying to sell my Marshall JTM 45/100 to help finance an offer.

Looks good to me!

Yep, that's the 1967 they have on Reverb, received some better pics of everything so was wondering about if everything looked up to snuff!
I'd hit it, price is kinda high but there are only so many of them, hopefully the seller is reasonable.
