Second on the caveman thing. Works great.I probably handle this like a cave man, but I email the pics to myself from the phone. Then I just download the pics from the email on the computer.
These inexpensive transmitters work very good. I have a set of a different brand but I wouldn't be surprised if they both had the same guts. I get two and a half hours out of it which doesn't work for my gigs as I'm usually doing 3 to 5 sets. Have you ever ran yours from full charge to dead? If so, how long does it last?I'm really liking these around the house. I'll use them out one of these days.

That owner sold the place. The new owner has 3 or 4 favorite bands they rotate. We can't get our feets in the door. There are a lot of people who stay in business and I can't understand how.
No, but I have used them for over a couple hours straight and likely 4 or a little more off and on several times. I didn't need to charge them after the 4 or more round, but did for the heck of it. I think they said they were good for up to 8hrs. I need to just use them to see if I can get anywhere ear the 8hrs claimed. These inexpensive transmitters work very good. Bass looks nice.View attachment 4403777 Ok so strings are on and she is tuned up, still have to adjust the pickup hight. Cleaned the fretboard real good, polished up the frets bridge is on and put on a set of D addario nickle wounds(these might be short lived), its picture time

The place I was at last night had a house Ampeg 810 cab. Every band seemed to be using a different GK head with it. I was not complaining.I don't recall ever seeing an Acoustic 810. Had an Ampeg 810 for a coupla years.![]()
Mine was a 'blue line', mid 70s SVT. It was "OK". For that kinda $ and that much PITA, I expect more than "OK". Sold it as soon as that gig ended. The place I was at last night had a house Ampeg 810 cab. Every band seemed to be using a different GK head with it. I was not complaining.
Then I'm not the only one who's never seen one. They were asking $549. I think. Didn't have my readers....there’s another unicorn..thought i knew amps, never heard or seen….
That may have been its weight. Then I'm not the only one who's never seen one. They were asking $549. I think. Didn't have my readers....
That's a Guiter Center Asoustic, not ACC. Only weighs about 140 pounds. I don't think you would find it to be anything special. Worth about half what they want for it.Saw this at Music-go-round. Never played through an 810.

Interesting. I'm saving my money for one of those newfangled Backwardbirds that all the cool kids have. That's a Guiter Center Asoustic, not ACC. Only weighs about 140 pounds. I don't think you would find it to be anything special. Worth about half what they want for it.
I saw people taking video, but I don’t know any of them. I’ll message the singer and see if she can get some clips at least.Need sound Irv!

I've used Titebond and let it cure for a couple weeks before adding tension. Worked. Im loathe to use CNA or epoxy.
Email them to yourself if you don't use something like iCloud.
I have only played through an 810 a few times. Once a fridge with an SVT 450 SS. That was underwhelming.Saw this at Music-go-round. Never played through an 810.

GKs sound great through them, but I think that's more the GK than the Ampeg. I have yet to find a cab they don't sound good through.Mine was a 'blue line', mid 70s SVT. It was "OK". For that kinda $ and that much PITA, I expect more than "OK". Sold it as soon as that gig ended.
