I played at the Metro back in the 1980's. Great club!
He is a person of dignity and doesn't seem like the kind to take such tawdry low hanging fruit for a cheap laugh.

The place I saw Iron Maiden at was The (New) Ritz in NY. Same space as Studio 54.
Naw, just superfluous bait. I wasn't fooling anybody. We only know in part what he's capable of.
Some times I shutter.
But I always laugh.
Ha! At the Metro, we opened for Naked Raygun if memory serves me (and I am not positive about that). We opened for Husker Du twice. I saw them 5 times total.
The first time (Flip Your Wig tour) they had to use our gear since their van broke down in New Jersey. The hall where the show was held was an abandoned asbestos removal training facility in, then, an industrial area in Philadelphia. I ditched my senior prom to play the the show. My mom was really pissed. About 700 people there and it was a pretty nuts.
The second time was at Temple University and it was on the Wharehouse: Songs and Stories tour. Fun times!
Saw them and minutemen at Love Hall in Philadelphia in 83' I think? Really fun show! Also saw them in a basement in a row home in West Philadelphia. DJ's from Drexel's radios station, WKDU, would let them crash their while on tour. They would play in the basement and I think they collected some cash at at the door for bands and rent.
Ahhhh.... the days before liability insurance!
It made perfect sense to me. I'd started doing that with guitar strings eons ago.

They've redone the place. Unfortunately that Wii screen can't be moved, but I'm a little farther forward so it works.
TBH, you should be allowed 2 tickets. I don't know too many people that go to shows alone unless they have to due to lack of interest from friends or a spouse or due to lack of friends or a spouse.
