If it really is the elusive last ebony '79, I hope KingFace can snag it and have them all in one place for at least a few shining moments.

It should be pretty great. I once saw Iron Maiden in a place that size.
He is a person of dignity and doesn't seem like the kind to take such tawdry low hanging fruit for a cheap laugh.Where is PillO when we need him?
Just trying to get myself fired...Where is PillO when we need him?
How dare you sir! I am all about cheap laughs...He is a person of dignity and doesn't seem like the kind to take such tawdry low hanging fruit for a cheap laugh.

If you tell me you played with Husker Du I'll be very jealous.I played at the Metro back in the 1980's. Great club!
Naw, just superfluous bait. I wasn't fooling anybody. We only know in part what he's capable of.Wow do you overestimate him.

The place I saw Iron Maiden at was The (New) Ritz in NY. Same space as Studio 54.
Yup. Super jealous.Ha! At the Metro, we opened for Naked Raygun if memory serves me (and I am not positive about that). We opened for Husker Du twice. I saw them 5 times total.
The first time (Flip Your Wig tour) they had to use our gear since their van broke down in New Jersey. The hall where the show was held was an abandoned asbestos removal training facility in, then, an industrial area in Philadelphia. I ditched my senior prom to play the the show. My mom was really pissed. About 700 people there and it was a pretty nuts.
The second time was at Temple University and it was on the Wharehouse: Songs and Stories tour. Fun times!
Saw them and minutemen at Love Hall in Philadelphia in 83' I think? Really fun show! Also saw them in a basement in a row home in West Philadelphia. DJ's from Drexel's radios station, WKDU, would let them crash their while on tour. They would play in the basement and I think they collected some cash at at the door for bands and rent.
Ahhhh.... the days before liability insurance!
Remember PillO, follow the proper hand grenade throwing protocol…How dare you sir! I am all about cheap laughs...
But I have been busy today lobbing grenades at work.
I did that on one of my basses, but I can't repeat it without the instructions in front of me..
Like a camera or a window?...
Some times I shutter.

They've redone the place. Unfortunately that Wii screen can't be moved, but I'm a little farther forward so it works.Definitely had more room than some of the pics you posted.
I really like that! Giving the finger to the distributors and scalpers so the fans can see them for a reasonable price. Very cool.
First the window, then the camera. He's quite effective you know.Like a camera or a window?
A little block of wood underneath the front will work. You guys know I can't leave well enough aloneI've had the hacksaw and grinder out. Yes I know it will tilt, I think I have a viable solution.
