Nope. Yep. VPs used different tuners and fretboard materials depending on the run. But for all intents and purposes, they’re the same.

The thing that is throwing me off is the stock images for the 60s & the VP. I guess it is a lighting thing.

* I like my Fenders. But if I had to choose.....I would miss my Fender's.
I was an avid jazz bass hater, and could live without P’s but I am liking my recent jazz build, but it’s only real 7ender parts is the pickups.
I’m super shocked how much I like my NR bird, I really only bought it because with Gibson you never know if they won’t make them again for 10+years. And when was the last run of reverse and explorer basses?
