I’m not certain where I want to go with this one…
I’m almost exclusively EB extra slinky roundworms on most of my fretless.
and either cobalt or pyramids flats on my fretted.
I do have a fretted 5 string Ric with EB roundworms, and I am kinda liking it. (5 string flat set I like would be too much trubble)
In the pics it looks like it has some kind of roundworms on it, I’ll give them the usual 20 minutes of play time before I decide to strip them off.. maybe if they are not grungy or too fat I’ll attempt to keep them.

Well poopie on you living so far away! That was great Irv! Would love to catch a full show...several times. Not sure if you need Instagram to see this, but I noticed there’s a bit of footage with my VP from a block party I played in September. (I’ve left this band)

Nice! Can't go wrong with VPs if you want that original Thunderbird sound without the cost. The grain of every VP I've seen looks great.View attachment 4503036
The figuring on the back neck blanks pulled me in. Couldn't resist, especially at the price I offered.
Thanks Donnie!Well poopie on you living so far away! That was great Irv! Would love to catch a full show...several times.

Wow. I’d seen maybe 3/4 of that, but it’s been a while for much of that. Thanks again!
Hurts to watch. I wanted to be a Monkee. Or at least meet them.

Great addition! Congrats. With the Tbird + pickups and the VP Pickups, you’ve got a lot of tone in those two.Just snagged a thunderbird vintage pro on reverb for a steal. Eager to compare to my classic pro. This one is classic burst. Will keep posted.
They’ll just think it’s an earthquakeIs the neighborhood prepared? A 360 is not so much loud as hugely present.
I spent some time the day after that cleaning and drying my gear.It rains in the Pacific NW? Who knew?![]()
