Well....Apparently, no southern men around here...

General Dynamics

The modern headstock on them is ugly. Yeah, I’m shallow. The G&L MFDs are either loved or hated. I love them. Crazy powerful. Humbuckers on steroids and crack. I love the adjustable poles. Every G&L I've owned has been flawless. And...they are as comfortable to play as anything. Leo got that body shape right as well. Why they are not more popular I don't understand.
I think General Dynamics was sold by Chrysler when Iacocca took over. He needed cash and it was the only part of the business that was worth anything. You know I was joking, but that is very interesting that you knew that to me.

Wonderful Thunderbirds. The tone monster. How about 2015 T’bird with the exposed poles and tapping ?
nice! by far my favorite Canadian rocker…..Mars and Tommy all day long!…RE: Ted Nugent- Saw him in 1983. Wouldn't have usually gone to see him, but Pat Travers opened and Ted had Carmine Appice on drums.
Good show. ( AND LOUD!)

Ford Thunderbird, 1958, my buddy had one of these when I was a kid, I can still remember riding around in that thing listening to Tommy -The Who, when it was new. Had to have been an 8 track player. I had to lie on the console.

I had a '62 Dodge Dart with a 318 and a push button tranny in it when I was a kid, used to get some serious rubber out of that thing.
My dad had a 57 Plymouth station wagon with the push button tranny on the upper left of the dash. Loved playing with those buttons. My first car was a '64 Dodge Coronet, push button...jammed my uncle's '60 Plymouth..."don't touch that!" he told me...
I did...all 5 or 6 buttons...
Did a couple/few on mine in sub-zero...
Pulled the park lever...done deal...don't know why my uncle was so ticked...

The tranny blew up on a trip from the Bay Area to Monterey to go to Pebble Beach...clearly nothing to do with all my button pushing. That's my story and sticking with it.
yessir!…but only this week I think…Fair enough...
I'm getting a kid out of this TBird Club...so many subjects going on at once...
I take it this is "White TBird Wednesday"?
