Yup, he seemed like a really nice guy, I was sad and disappointed when he died just as much because of what a nice guy as his music although I did like a lot of his music, he was actually a very good bass player too.

) and had a nice relaxed Southern way of presenting the music on his show.
I sat in for the house bassist at a jam I used to go to (next day) when Petty died and the guitarist knew someone from the hospital where he was taken and I knew he OD'ed that day.
