Thunderguts question

Hi everyone.

This is my first post here but I have a bit of experience building Mandolins, Guitars and Bazoukis. I play Mando poorly as well as other like instruments tuned in fifths. Most basses I know are tuned in fourths but Im an old fart and so a simple question for the learned.

These new fangled Thunderguts strings seem to me to raise the potential for tuning in fifths rather than fourths. If the instrument is a multiscale the tension could be equalised across the strings to give equal performance. Currently the Thunderguts spec specifies minimum and maximum lengths, these seem a great starting place to me. Where is there a technical spec for these things? Does this plan sound feasable?
