Ties, man

I have a 17 1/2" neck, but I have a big chest, shoulders and arms. THe only problem is that in standard sizes, the sleeves are about 3" too long. However, my tailor makes those adjustments for me.

Interesting, but "starting at" is the problem. The shirts I buy cost C$150-200 each and are worth every penny; but I am not only buying the shirt but a bunch of service as well. I am picky about a number of things that get expensive as well like 2 ply fabric. I also know where they come from (are not made by child labour or in sweatshops). Not implying that those linked to are.

I am the opposite. Skinny old man with a big neck and long arms. If I go toba place like Mens Wearhouse, they will have two shirts that kinda fit. But those shirts would fit a guy who is about half again heavier than I am. Michelangelo would not have wanted me around when he was contemplating the golden section and ideal human proportions.
