Tim Horton's

Yep, we Buffalonians know that. No doubt. :smug:
...

Yep! I'm Bennett High Class of nunyabizness, Front Park Hockey Travel Team Goalie (that should tell ya something....Front Park no longer exists). I actually used to walk across the Peace Bridge to play at the old barn in Fort Erie, so I should also be an honorary Canadian. Plus I live in Detroit (aka Hockey Town) and from my company's HQ I can see the Windsor Caesar's Casino. Only place other than Alaska where Canada is actually SOUTH of the US.....and we have a Tim's in the building!

I wish Timmy's would open a store in my area. Closest one is over an hour south or 45 mins north across the border. All our friends and some of our customers pick us up the large can of Fine grind coffee for us, whenever they travel south so we can make it at home and never run out.

People that have never tried it...do notice a huge difference in the coffee we drink in our house compared to the crap you can buy in a grocery store.

Congrats to NY.

Cheers,
BT

nunyabizness...Good one! :p

As for the CC, I think the fact you're from Buffalo, played travel hockey, and played in Fort Erie, you should be allowed in. I say go state your case in the thread! It's fun being an American-Canadian. :D

Tim Hortons' coffee is best with lots of cream and sugar.
If you drink your coffee black then go to McDonald's or Starbuck's and you'll find a brew for you.

I really like their chicken salad sandwiches and breakfast biscuit sandwiches...

...their bagels are average-poor but hit the spot if you're hungry and need to hit the road (blueberry cream cheese) and their french crullers taste great.

As far as praising their quality, I can't do it. For convenience and a minimum level of quality and decent service then they're definitely worth a buck and a half for a sweet fatty hot beverage and a snack.

If you're ever in Vancouver BC and want a donut, go to Duffin's - 41st @ knight. Great donuts and awesome sandwiches. Much better than any timmy's - but no drive through.

Mom and pop donut shops are the best
