To plek or not to plek?

Considering buying a Reverend Fatfish from Sweetwater. Should I have it pleked? $300 for the service sounds like a fair deal as there’s a local reputable shop that offers this service for substantially more if I remember right. Is it worth it? I’ve bought instruments from Sweetwater with just the 55 point inspection and their $100 setup. The inspection isn’t good enough and the $100 setup is worth it. Anyone have experience with their plek service? Will a Reverend bass benefit? Or is their fret work already excellent? Let me know your thoughts.

There's no way to know unless you had the bass before the Plek and were able to tell the difference (if any)
