Hey how do you drill out the bridge/body to make it a string thru??

I have Toby and am planning on taking out the stock electronics for EMG/Duncans.

Depends on the bridge. You could get away with it on some bridges, just make sure you drill and polish the hole to avoid digging into the strings. Ferrules are available lots of places, for example Carvin has them.
