Tool tone/FX sticky thread ver. 1

My little birdy, says new Dunlop JC sig should be avail sometime in Q1.
I will be buying one as a backup to my Foxx.

"Dunloop JC Sig"????

I kinda thought that's what the Brown Acid was? But I also think that's "just" modeled on a Tonebender, as opposed to an actual sig JC pedal. I'd definitely be down to check out a sig JC fuzz, even though I wouldn't have much use for it in my current gigs! ha ha

Hard for me to see much in that pic. Still looks like the dd3 there which was there the night before in philly. Pic from Philly 11/18:

From last night....Def not a white Boss anything, now sitting beside grey Tonebender....and The Pot was back in the setlist after being absent for a couple shows.

Well that would certainly be cool... Cliff Burton's Anesthesia hit my playlist again, so I've been eyeing a Morley Power Fuzz Wah. But a JC sig fuzz wah, that'd be worth waiting for I think. Hope it's true!

I actually love that JC makes mention of Cliff in the explanation of the pedal.

I would have thought for sure that Justin would have used his volume pedal for the swells on F.I. I actually find it easier to do on the pedal instead of the vol knob. I've also been watching tons of live recent footage and have yet to see him use it. He also has the DD3 on the end of his board elevated a bit.

There is only 6 things different gear wise
-EB Vol is now mounted on his board.
-MXR Micro amp, replacing the extra GK2001 he tried in May for use with the StingRay (level)
-Providence Chrono Delay for Pneuma
-Ernie Ball StingRay HH (mods, 18V,extra shielding and gold anodized pick guard)
-A second Boss DD-3 where his Wah used to be
-A new Birdseye Wal he had Paul make for this tour

Got the see them last night in DC. Justin's bass sounded incredible. Has anyone been able to do a really thorough breakdown on his rig from this tour?
I was there - off to a side section but unexpectedly upgraded to the front row! Right at Adam Jones's corner of the stage though so I didn't get to see JC's rig.

Nice, I didn't notice him switching basses during the show. His new Wal did look pretty nice from where I was sitting (a mile away...)
