Weekday southbound traffic march on i5 always bottlenecks underneath the Convention Center lid. 2pm yesterday >
My buddy has a great view of this ongoing massive construction project across the street from his 10th floor apartment window (Olive Tower - building on the far right, 2nd to last photo in my post above, he's opposite the freeway side.) I forget what it's gonna be, but in a year or so it'll be the only building he'll be able to view

Massive upwards projects in tight city spaces kinda fascinate me. Fortunately this area is full of them (unfortunately, nearly all of those construction workers are from outside the city, and you will wait with them while trying to access a freeway on-ramp after their mass exodus begins at 2:30/3pm

I thought one of the pros of leaving LA for Seattle was not having so much time wasted in traffic
I've been a delivery driver since moving here, and even did some courier work in LA in a full size van.
