whats the weather like in seattle as you can tell the uk has been pretty hot this week my truck has recorded 37 all week in the afternoon

Looks pretty much like your day there... Overcast and a forecast that says 'meh.' We've had a handful of weeks that were sunny and near 80° (even higher for a few days in June.)
Honestly, a best kept secret is that Seattle summers are PERFECT... sunshine in the mid 80s, with practically no humidity and no rain, from mid July- mid September. But shhh, you didn't hear that from me

wont say anything the humidity over here is quite high weeks of rain then hot weather 
when i ride my bike back from work its great when im moving along cool air bliss when i get home my wife has to peel my jacket of me as its stuck through sweat ugg
