We're pulling the camper along the highway from Gallup to Holbrook, AZ...trying to avoid the interstate.
The Big trucks beat the crap out of me the day before the day before that.
Holbrook, AZ...
...featuring Color TV and
Tee Pees that we're described to me as "somewhere between funky and creepy".

Spider spinning it's saran wrap like web around the bloodless carcass of a little honey bee that flew right into it , who's now wrapped up like lunch leftovers 
Since late summer these webs are all over the yard and several have even set up their food catcher inside our house
They don't frighten most of us here, as we're aware they don't go after humans and they eat other bugs that we might consider to be 'pests'... like skeeters! Although, they would probably catch more meals outside of the house

Motel.
They're doing whatever can think of to stand out.
There were several other
Pre-Rt.66-looking motels in Holbrook, but I didn't ask to take the time to get pictures.
