Installing new LED runway Guard Lights.
For those not in aviation, these blinking lights work in conjundction with flush-mounted, in-ground, lights to warn sleepy pilots they are about to enter an active runway.
In this situation, had to work with the control tower (ground frequency) that "Ops. 20, and Company," would be on TWY F5, at the RWY 26L/8R construction area.
The round things, at the base of the light, are brass medallions (pressed in, while the concrete is still wet), each stamped with location, light number, and electrical source. Note crew, in the background, putting the paint markings down for RWY 8R.
