Found a great new not too crowded chill out spot on Lake Washington today, just under where the i90 bridge connects with Seattle. It was a record breaking temp day in the high 90s >

The Pilot's equivalent of a freeway On/Off-Ramp sign.
In this particular case, brand-spanking new, about eight-feet long, three-feet high (and about $5000.00), the ubiquitous Lumacurve signs are easily recognizable. Designed to be frangible (break-away, if impacted), this one tells the Pilot they are at the hold bar of Runway 8R/26L, at Taxiway Foxtrot 4.
In the background is freshly paved, and painted, Runway 8R/26L, Ross Aviation, and, to the left, the old Boeing C-17 production site.
