They were abandoned there after a film production back in the original 20s. At one point, there were so many they relocated a bunch back to great plains. They manage a small herd there now.

Yep, only 23 miles off the coast at its closes point, yet you feel like you are a thousand miles away. I spend most of my time at Two Harbor's Isthmus Cove which is a boater's and camper's paradise. Been going there most of my life. Here is a video slideshow I put together. Some photos by me, some photos by others.

Yesterday I was working in the tiny little town of Edenton, NC. I hope to retire there someday. It's as if Mayberry were moved to the water. It's just the most chill place on Earth to me. Pics from my new Galaxy S20+.

Very nice. How's the S20 treating you so far? Samsung phones have fantastic cameras and gorgeous displays.
Love it! At first it was a tiny bit bigger than I wanted in my pocket. But the other features made that no longer an issue. I watched a YouTube video on how to get rid of factory garbage, put other factory garbage to sleep, and generally speed up the phone and increase battery life. Took about 10 minutes and made all the difference in the world.
Yeah, there are some helpful YouTube videos out there, for sure.

The crazy cat lady across the way from me sits on her stoop and feeds the squirrels. As a result, my apartment complex is over run with them and they have no fear of people. They’ll literally block my way sometimes and scream at me. I can stomp my foot and they just stare, and the little bastards chewed through the wiring in my car three times. I’ve asked her to stop. I’m gonna bill her next time.
