@badinage , I'm wondering what it is you're playing with. A still or an old engine or what?
I bought a rather large Massey Ferguson plow from that gentleman yesterday. At 80-something, he's aging out of a lifetime as a small farmer. He did a lot of reminiscing and seemed to enjoy showing me around.
I asked him if he happened to have a "diesel transfer tank" he wanted to sell and he showed me that one, homemade from a 50 gallon fuel tank from a 1950s era over-the-road type truck/tractor. I liked the lighting in that shed.
It was a really interesting afternoon, I'll enjoy going back to trailer-out my acquisition when he's had time to dig-out the clutter from around that rather large MF (the Model 82 plow that is...).

Sounds like fun. My grandad was a farm foreman and many's the day I spent as a kid messing around old barns...god knows how I didn't kill myself!
That profile shot made me think of my old uncle. Lived on a mountain farm in North West Spain ‘til the day he died at 94. He hardly farmed it in the end (grapes for wine, mainly) but was strong as an ox, all 5 foot 6 inches of him. Stood ramrod straight and even took on armed burglars in his 80s with his bare fists.
We opened ours early this year. This guy found it yesterday. He was about 3" across.
We have a pool vacuum that works like a champ. Had a storm afew days ago that deposited all kinds of leaves and debris in the pool. The next day, after we ran the vac, it was ready to go. You can barely make out the vac in the back left corner.
I think I’ve found a gateway to The Upside Down.

Thanks! We are back from Myrtle Beach. Great trip and the Brookgreen Botanical Gardens was amazing. Aside from 9,127 acres of amazing trees, plants and fountains, there were some incredible sculptures all throughout the gardens. Just a few shots of some of the sculpture.
