Serious q, is that a portable/parkable lighthouse? Quite the old rust bucket, in any case.
Yes it is but it's not going anywhere soon. My room looked out over this harbour as well. The ship in the background (HMS Unicorn) has had it's masts and rigging removed as it ended its life as a training ship. It was built for war as a 46 gun frigate but by the time it was finished (1824) we were at peace. I took my sons round it last year so it was good to see it again, even if I was there for a 2 day work conference (yawn!).
 
My city of Sacramento has a huge variety of trees with leaves that turn beautifully in fall. You can find them just about anywhere in the city, and some neighborhoods are downright spectacular!

The trees in this pic are in a parking lot; the colors are actually more vibrant with the naked eye:
