Yes North and West are getting it bad. We didn't even need to fire up the wood stove tonight. It was about 6•C (43F). From Monday we'll be back in double digits. Warmest winter I've known in 25 years.

Fog this morning, with temps hovering around freezing:

We're in the same boat with fog. It's beginning to cool off with 16 degree temps and a snow storm predicted later this week. Those ferns and other plants will be coming indoor soon.
Safe travels to those on the road this week.

A friend of my son came over to help with the mechanics on my bike. Screwed it up bad!! Oh well guess I'm going to have to pull the engine for a crankshaft. He did not put the bolt back in crankshaft spindle spun the key to lock it down. All kinds of damage. Found a used crankshaft assembly and magneto flywheel coil. Have to buy all new seals. Maybe a chance to learn more about my bike. Also to really clean things up with the engine out.

Great attitude towards the situation. I could definitely learn a thing or two in this area.

Last weeks heavy wet snow really raised hell with my trees at the camp. Future firewood? Not sure how they'll spring back.

Actually…it's a shooting bench. Used all year long for target shooting.
