Totally frustrated

As a veteran player I have to share my frustration.
Just spent 2 1/2 years chasing down leads, CL ads, numerous auditions, rehearsals and currently pushing 2 projects that are going nowhere.
Canceled rehearsals and more BS excuses than ever.
The only live playing I do is Jam sessions.
Lack of work seems to be the main reason.
Time to give it up. Local live gigging is doomed.

It's not doomed, it's just a PITA to get going.

Been there, done that. Numerous times. Hang in there. Maybe its I me to cross the street and look at things from the other side...so to speak. Dunno.
