Totally irrelvant TBer info share thread

I certainly hope you know how not to ruin it!
Does this fit your approval? :nailbiting:

First bake the spaghetti squash in the oven low and slow. Next cooked diced chicken breast and apple wood smoked center cut bacon, then added sweet onion and kale. Last, forked the squash out for noodle consistency, mixing it all in the pan together. drool

Low and slow, huh? I never have success with that. I do hot and fast, cut side up. This roasts it instead of steaming it. Totally different texture.

But yeah, you had me until the kale part!
Cut side up at 325 for an hour and a half to two hours. Time is depended on the guard of course. Texture is soft with a bit of bite, like traditional noodles al dente. As you can see in the picture it separates and looks like noodles, no clumps.

Hellow basse talkers.
I have not been here much because life sucks. Oh, well. The good news is that I start a new job next week. The job is almost semi-bass related, and that is almost exciting.
And I ordered a pizza even though I am on the keto diet. Another cheat day. That makes two this week. Not good.
I want to play bass, but I cleared my desk of my bass amp when I refurbished my PC earlier this week. I like having all this extra desk space now. Ugh. First world problems.
