Traben Core 5 for Screamo?

Just curious if anyone in this thread that is speaking negatively of the Trabens has tried the newer Chaos Core series? I was one of you, not at all a a fan of the original Trabens with the chrome bridges and all that (never played one, just couldn't take the look of it). I then bought a Chaos Core 5, and I cannot imagine anyone calling it a sad lil bass, or really having anything negative to say about it! It has an Aguilar OBP-3 18 volt preamp in it, and MM Style pickups (Rockfield), with a 5 way pickup selector switch. The bass sounds really good, and I think you'd be hard pressed to find another 5 string in its price range that sounds, and is built as well (2 trussrods in the neck for the 5 string model for a stable neck).
By the way, saying that one genre of music is stupid is basically telling me that your opinion is the only important one, and mine isn't worth ****.

I haven't played the Chaos Core ones, true. But I didn't like a lot of things about the old ones - I didn't like the tone or the neck, and the construction felt half-assed.
