The offer may not be that bad of an offer. There IS a collector market for old snow mobiles. We don't know make & model of sled or bass, so who is to say. The OP may be missing a super deal.

I recall selling my 1980's Maico dirt bike for $250. It's probably worth about $5k now.

I seen that same listing! I was looking for my Dream Bass. I thought it was odd also. The specificity of the model's is was got me. I think he was headed to Oak island or Yamashita's Gold in the Philippines. Go Bucks!

He brought it (to the parking lot) and the entire thing was made from plain old white Styrofoam, no wood, metal or fiberglass -just Styrofoam. It must have been 8" thick, and looked like a ten foot long Styrofoam coffee cup. I passed on the deal...........
