Transcribing LEE SKLAR'S videos

hi, not many good things have brought the lockdown, but one of them is that Lee started a youtube channel playing tunes he has recorded. I've been transcribing all of them and you can find them in this folder: leland skalar - Google Drive

I will be posting the new ones in this thread.

I will start with Cruel Twist from his band THE IMMEDIATE FAMILY

@albertus

Your generosity in sharing this mammoth body of work is beyond words. :thumbsup:

I've cross-linked to this thread from 3 other big transcription threads so you should get some well-deserved traction.

thank you so much

today another song from THE IMMEDIATE FAMILY that Leland had already played: All She Wants To Do Is Dance. R'n'R

last transcription from Madrid. the next one will have sea smell. no excuses for not reading this score. the song I say goodbye with for some days until I have my studio running again is another one from THE IMMEDIATE FAMILY: Turn it up to ten. keeping 8th's playing just the root is one of those skills that any bassist is supposed to be able to do, but doing it really well is more complicated than it looks: keep the focus, the time, the sound... if this line bores you, maybe you should consider changing instrument. I have had a lot of fun with it.
