Traveler Bass Guitar ?

I picked up a Batking 5 string headless . Just thought I’d give it a try. It’s not bad for what I need, which is quick instrument changes.but incredibly awkward to play.
For twice the price traveler Guitar has something with a leg rest which is what I need.
Have one of these traveler bases or maybe the Batking Headless head?

Steinberger Spirit, or one of the many older licensed clones like Hohner B2.
Add a $40 single ball adapter and make a strap pin extender (<$20 and 1/2 hr) and you're golden.

I really like my Traveler TB-4P. With a 32” scale and P-width nut, it feels more substantial than you’d think. The pickups could easily handle most gigs, too.

All my basses are a little weird and only going to get more so. Not custom from the get go but, as soon as my budget allows...!

Thank goodness for Amazon… You can try stuff out and return it. I picked up the bat king 5 string base ukulele, and discovered a few things I hadn’t thought of.
1) I wanted a five string predominantly so that I could play around the middle of the fretboard, but discovered that with this ukulele, this frets are just too close together…
2) these rubbery strings are interesting. I could see using them with acoustic guitar doing a Brazilian thing. Assuming that they eventually hold their pitch.?
3) if I did go with some kind of bass ukulele and the rubbery strings, I’d go with a four string.

It showed up in a huge box with no packaging. The jack is missing its outer nut and I thought maybe it got knocked loose, but there’s no sign of it.?

Someone posted one of these in a Facebook group I'm in and I thought it was hilarious (and fairly intriguing.) Some factory in China/Korea is building these "travel size/mini" 30" scale seven string active basses. Full size necks on tiny bodies. They look like extended range ukuleles. There's a bunch of sellers on eBay hocking them for similar prices and, of course, you can also find them on Temu. Another FB group member even found a listing for an Invalid Link Removed version.

If any of you decide to buy one of these, or already have, PLEASE post sound samples! As goofy as...
