Truss rod buzzing on certain frequencies?

Back buzz on a high fret.

I"ve had somethng a little like this with a loose string tree as well.

^I had similar buzzing with similar fretting here. It was coming from the thin washers on my Grover tuners on my Ltd D4. The nuts just needed snugged up.

The most maddening thing. It's the equivalent of nails on a chalkboard to me and I go crazy trying to track it down. I always think it's the truss but I'll have to start looking at the other areas mentioned.
