Tube DI Shootout

That "Blue Sky" demo is the Glockenklang amp, right? Whatever it is, it sounds great!
I also like the Reddi and the SVT DI, but that Blue Sky demo is phaaaat ... wow!

Ops, recommendations ... well, if you could get your hands on the pretty new Rupert Neve Design RNDI or the Aguilar Tone Hammer DI / amp, that would be fantastic.

Can you share any information about EQ and post processing? Were the preamp signals all sent to the recorder at the same level or did you equalize in post? Any EQ to bass signal applied? Did you compress the bass signal and if so what were the parameters? These online services often add their own compression so any info would be appreciated - thanks!
