I play in two bands. Each band hates the other band I'm with. My problem is, I have a lot of really cool song ideas but I don't know which band to show them to.

None of them... if you don't clearly prefer one over the other hang on to them until you're in a band you really dig
Hold onto them for yourself. If you decide that you like one band better show it to them. Or show it to the band that the song suits more.
why do they hate each other so much? If it's because of you, I'd take that as a massive compliment!

So what happened was, I started a band with a few of my friends. The lead guitarist can be a huge control freak and the rhythm guitarist and the drummer got pissed at him. The keyboard player and I stayed neutral, so we said it would be alright if the replaced the lead guitarist. We also said that if they decided to do that then the keyboardist and I would play with both bands.
