Two Channel Overdrive / Distortion options?

I used to use a TC electronic nova drive. Two discrete analog channels with digital controls - one od, one dist. I believe the OD had a clean blend too. You can use one or the other, or both in parallel or in series, either OD into dist or vice versa. Also lets you save presets if that's you thing.

yeah, I have one of those and IMO, they're pretty good.

I play in a covers band and use the humble Ibanez phat-hed pedal. It has two distinct flavours of distortion / OD, and can vary from mild dirt to reasonably heavy filth. I don't need a lot of distortion so this works well for me. Not expensive either.

I'm quite out of touch with pedals so I'm looking for some suggestions for a one pedal solution to add some dirt to my sound for when I'm using a very clean class D amp, ideally something that goes from a fairly subtle overdrive to pretty full on distortion.
I don't have a massive budget, around $250, which I assume makes things difficult but any suggestions would be great.

there's a swell bpro in the classifieds right now for $250...i liked it much more then the bpeg!! Fulltone bassdrive can be found for that on TB(eBay there way more pricey), I love mine...

SA OFD new is under $250, fuzzrocious demon or Rat tail with 2 drives should about $200 IIRC...

for a modern, but most natural sound, the swell bpeg or fulltone for more vintage(can sound modern in compcut,just from my experience though...

Earthquaker Devices Palisades if you like a screamer flavor. Only a handful of mode settings work well with bass, but they sound great. Switchable gain and boost.

i recently bought it and it's just wonderfull (if you like the TS808 taste)...thanks to the adjustable bandwidth it's suitable also for bass (bandwidth always at 4 or 5); then you will have 6 different voices, 2 channel and also a boost!

I like how Ibanez Tube Scream sounds with bass. Just curious, is anyone aware of something like Ibanez Tube Screamer but with 2-channel support?

Also, I used VOX COOLTRON CT-01DS COOLTRON BULLDOG DISTORTION with bass and didn't enjoy the experience. IMO the sound was too guitarish. On the other hand, I like how EBS Valve Drive sounds, but it has too much of low frequencies for me. So looking for something that has two channels and provides enough mid-range sounds
