Two Notes Le Bass

I got a Le Bass preamp this Black Friday. It sounds great. But the power input wiggles around a bit.
It works fine and there is no indication that there is a loose connection. I just wondered if this is normal.

I contacted Two Notes support and they said that their input sockets are looser than that of other companies. The adapter itself holds on fine and so far there are no issues. It's the plastic mounting or casing (not sure about the terminology) which surrounds the socket that moves around a bit. I don't know if other Le Bass owners have experienced this. Right now I'm still thinking about whether to keep it or return it. It does sound great.
