Correction: mine is a 92 and I did get it for $70 but he told me he had a lot of calls, had he been smart earlier or dishonest towards me later he could have sold it for $100.
It's in good shape and it's got a nice HSC, plus he claims he had it set up.
$175 shipped seems fair to me but even that price is ok (because of the HSC).
It is a GREAT bass, if you want a P bass with a big sound and a J neck...

Fury.. $100-250 depending on condition, color, neck and case.

just wanted to pop in and say I saw a dude at the SD Zoo playing a 6 string Peavy Classic...WOW whata sound and nice lookin too boot. 
How about the other side? Show me a Fury in good condition that isn't worth $250. Current prices are a crazy bargain.
It may "just" be a P-bass, but quality (and USA made) compared to what else is on the market...

I see what you're saying and I did buy an RJ-IV from a TBer at a price which I think was fair (we met somewhere in between), but much higher than the current market price.
That was because I was after this model and they don't come up often on eBay or CL.
I have sniped a few targets of opportunity in the Phoenix CL. That's how I ended up with my 82 T-40, 83 Foundation, the 87 Patriot and the 92 Fury, and I paid less than $450 for the four of them (I shamelessly flipped the T-40).
I see some early 90s Fury going for the price I just quoted and I do not think any is worth $250, unless it is new old stock, comes with a hard case, new strings and a setup.
JoshuaSTP should probably grab that Fury that he found on eBay, because the price is right based on the goodies and the fact it's got a setup.
