I assume that means it had problems.
it indeed had problems - truss rod wouldnt move, and the angle of the neck itself was off.
Tried to adjust myself, but it seemed the age was getting the best of it.
Good price for a reason.
The T20 bridge has saddles that are too large, so the necks need to be shimmed to get the string height down to where it belongs.
Decade XS has listed some more Peavey's on reverb...guitars and basses.

Anyone wanna sell me a B-Quad 4? Unoriginal parts are totally fine. I must experience that neck!
Overall, why not just get a Modulus? The electronics on a BQuad are funky and delicate... the lower horn will jab your leg (when sitting)
I loved mine... I just bought a Bogart for less than what a BQuad will cost you. I purchased an Emerald Flow for a lot less than what a BQuad will cost you.
Not hating on them... was the pinacle of some interesting partnerships - they are not the same magic once the bridge piezos or preamp are dorked with.
Because the neck is not only graphite but 1.45" at the nut, which sounds like heaven. That's the only reason.
I've owned Moduli before but they were both Quantums. I have, however, considered a VJ 4 for the reasons you mention and may go that direction. Seems to be some old Moses and Status Jazz necks floating around; that's also an option. Reviewing is not hating! I'm grateful for the honest appraisal.

Emerald Flow?
The last B-Quad that sold here went for 1600 IIRC. It had a Bart pre; I forget if the pickups were original.

Too much bottom for my blood! Those look nice and thin too though, for those so inclined.
they never say play faster, flashier or higher notes.
Plus, I also like the 5er for the ability to get more timbres of notes. Playing a F# on the 7th fret of the low B sounds very different from the 2nd fret E string, etc...

Does anybody here have a trapezoidal bridge (only need the plate) in a parts drawer?
This body (Foundation S I think) is coming to me, it's drilled for the trapezoidal bridge and it would look better if I put on the bridge plate that covers all five holes.
The newer Peavey bridges would obviously leave the two outer front holes uncovered.

I have a Geezer P pickup and a Dimarzio Model J here that should pair okay I hope.
Don't know if the body is maple or some other wood experiment Peavey decided to try, but if it weighs what I think it weighs, I don't care what kind of wood it is.
It's coming from Amber, she said it weighs around 4.6 lbs.
Looked at a bunch of Warmoth P bodies and 4.6 pounds is kind of right in the middle of their in stock ones.
This looks like two pieces and I don't see anything obvious that needs work or fixing...fingers crossed all is good.
