Can I have a number?
Just got a beautiful B-Quad 5 - Perhaps the only one of it's kind here in Israel, or one of very few![]()
I had it refinished by my luthier right off the bat (the black stock color didn't even have a finish!). The bass sounds and looks awesome although the neck isn't as comfortable as on my P-bass. Still loving it though.I already posted this in the T-40 thread some months ago but I guess it wont' do no harm here either.I had it refinished by my luthier right off the bat (the black stock color didn't even have a finish!). Awesome! What color?
Here's mine (signed on the back by Brian Bromberg - first BQ5 shipped by Peavey):![]()

Just purchased this Foundation on ebay (fingers crossed). My first bass guitar (at 51 yrs young).
May I have a number, please?
AND: Any suggestions for flatwound strings would be appreciated. Length is the real question (GHS, , D'addario, LaBella).
Another noob/ frustrated guitarist coming over to the darkside.
