I miss those days. Not the mornings after though :rollno:

Hope you didn't have to chew your arm off at the shoulder as to not disturb what you woke up with :p
Long lasting relationships have started that way. :D
It's also a great "how did you meet" story to tell the grand kids.

Well little Bobby, as you can see grandma is a rather large woman. She passed out on my arm and I couldn't get away before she awoke. Next morning she made a great breakfast and the rest is history.

If you are hung over and reading this relish this thought into your vision and olfactory senses.

raw eggs on top of ice cream topped with sardeens.
Mmmm, right after that nothing beats chewing on some tinfoil.

:D

that's why I take it easy when I'm out now. I get hungover worse than any of my friends. I'll feel like crap the next morning if I have 3 or 4 drinks. Much less if I drink at my old college level (3-4 drinks an hour, probably).

...Is it wrong to complain about the effects of growing older when you're 27? :rollno:

That's exactly what slowed down my drinking over the years........ progressively worse hangovers from progressively less booz :(

haha, yes, I was def. schlammered last night. It started off rather innocently, a few people were going over to a buddies house to jam. We were going off some charts, and then we decided to just start "freestylin'" well, I decided that a bit of beer while playing wouldn't hinder anything, and make the evening rather pleasant. Well, next thing I know, I've got the time of a guitarist and the jam is slowly heading into trainwreck territory, as everyone else is starting to feeling the effects of said beverages. Fast forward to me getting a ride home from a friend, and me brushing my teeth, and some reason, making the post I don't really remember before finally (I assume) passing out.

ah, the impetuousness of youth...

yuck, I dont think I'd even need to be hungover to gag at that concoction. I was thinking more along the lines of OJ and maybe some dry toast. Dry dry toast.

(ps, I've not a single cavity in my mouth, so chewing tinfoil would be ok, though probably still rather unpleasant. :) )

yeah, but I still had the bad hangovers back in college. A serious saturday night would put me essentially out of commission until class monday...

now I just have 2 or 3 enjoyable top shelf drinks or fancy beers, rather than a dozen cheap beers...

That's EXACTLY what I do. I can drink all day as long as I don't go past two per hour. For some reason Long Island Ice Teas seem to not affect too badly either. I can handle 4-5 of them, feel good and not be very bad at all in the morning!

It's been a good 6 months or so that I haven't had a drink. Not that I don't want to or I'm trying to stop or anything. I just can never get in the mood to drink at my own house. For whatever reason, I always have a much better time at my friend's house and want to drink.

But now since he's got a new job and I've been a little busy around here, we just haven't had a chance in a while to get together. BTW, he lives about 50 miles away from me, so that doesn't help matters any. Oh well.
