Ugh (Rant)

I really think you just need to post 1 thread with pics of all your gear at the lowest price you will take, as soon as one sells and that 1 is enough to cover rent and your friend so 800$ if i am doing the math right class the thread. I am sure you could sell at least 1 in time but your going to have to have some cheap prices, if i was in any position i would hit you up about a few of those basses but i like yourself am to broke and have to much gear.

Hey man good luck on the money crunch. Its a shame that things like this happen, but sometimes they are unavoidable. Good luck with everything and hopefully it will all work out.

If you have this much gear but you're borrowing from friends to pay your rent, you need to re-think your priorities.

And to those of you crucifying him over borrowing money. He was inbetween jobs and was merely waiting for his first check. Yeah he could've been a little more careful, and probably should've been more prepared, but one mistake is hardly enough to judge him by or where his priorities are.

Thanks man.

So far I've raised almost $250 (should be getting another $60 on Sunday and some of my other stuff might be sold)

Yeah I ended up selling a bunch of my stuff pretty quickly. My life hasn't gotten any worth without less equipment. I think I'm going to be selling off a lot of my stuff soon even though I rent some of it out.

I have something I wanna send you in the mail too. You play 4 stringers right?

If I am walking around any city with $400 it's in a vial and protected by my sphincter.

Sell some gear. You don't have many options. Or a payday loan place which is basically a legal loan shark.
Except they don't break you legs and steal your stuff if you don't pay, and you can flip the loan for the cost of borrowing, and you can pay it down as you go. It's a credit card without the card, not a loan shark.

Why'd you stop or you couldn't afford to have a bass?

I lost interest. I hung on to the gear as long as I could hoping I would want to play again, but it never happened. I kept a couple cabs because of the effort it took me to find them.

I still hang around here because of all the cool people I met when I was pretending to be a bass player.
