univox amp?

Im looking to upgrade my amp. I have peavy 20 watt, but i want something a little bit louder. I was looking around ebay and saw a 200 watt univox half stack, and i was wondering what the low down was on univox. are they a good brand? do they make good quality amps? I just wanted some advice.

It's an old, long-dead company. Some of their gear is "vintage cool", some of it is junk.

I've only worked on one Univox, a 1969 Univox U1061 Bass Amp (I might be remembering the model incorrectly as the online schematics aren't matching up with the amp I remember). It was solidly built, nice components and, once I updated the power supply, it was strong and really nice sounding. A quad of 6550s and nice transformers are never a bad thing.
