I did not know that. I was a big Stryper fan in college (mid to late 80s). It's not the same, but not bad.Michael Sweet of the band Stryper toured as a singer and guitarist with Boston from 2008 - 2011.
...he was being concise.Brevity is your friend.
Ian Gillan of Deep Purple sang the parts of Jesus on the Jesus Christ Superstar album.
The only face I knew other than Paul and Linda’s was James Coburn. He was a regular in the old war movies I loved. I always rather wondered how he ended up on that cover art. Cool post. The cover of Paul McCartney and Wings' 1973 album Band On The Run featured a number of stars of the day posing with the band. In the words of Paul, this mish-mash of celebrity was 'a bit of a laugh.' It is a pastiche of a prison break with the figures caught in a searchlight. So who were these faces and what has become of them? On the sleeve, band members and guest stars are all mixed up but, from left to right, they are Michael Parkinson, chat-show host and journalist; Kenny Lynch, actor, comedian and singer; Paul McCartney, James Coburn, actor; Clement Freud, politician, columnist, gourmet, and raconteur; Linda McCartney, Christopher Lee, actor; Denny Laine, and John Conteh, a boxer who later became World Light-Heavyweight champion.
