To further clarify Amazon's dropping price model: The indicated number of remaining items does not mean all remaining items will be sold at that price. For instance, the G&L ASAT deal posted in this thread last week showed 2 basses left, with the current going price of roughly $880. I checked the next day and there was only 1 bass left, but at a price of $1,330ish. So don't rely entirely on how many of any item are left to decide a purchase.

I guess i should say I got a dean hillsboro that was tipped off here for 148.40$, decent bass but the neck was so skinny it was like playing a drum stick. A local guy was wanting a bass for his son for xmas , i thought this was perfect as it was new, he loved it and I hope his son does to, he offered me more but i told him 150$ was fine, made 1.60$, wooo

First, so I respect the thread.
I got a HH Stingray 5 for under 1100.00!
Second, it is proof positive that Amazon sells well demo'd returns W/O saying so in the add.
This one has numerous scratches on the plastic covering the pickguard, and a few scratches on the input jack, and normal use marks on the case too. The box was retaped with clear tape, over the torn threaded tape.
Not complaining here. MM HH 5 for 1090.00 or so! I'm glad folks return em and Amazon drops the price. They should tell us though.
