Hope you love the rig man. After playing my momark 500 through a hartke 4x10 I was kind of unimpressed with the low-end of my 102p and 151hr. However, that feeling is no longer present after a few practices with the band, and eq adjustments from the eq's on my bass. I was briefly tempted to sell them, but have now decided they will last until I'm actually making money with them. Be warned - you might get some hate for your love of these yellow coned monsters. But I personally like the yellow ;P Furthermore, at least with them paired, my mids and highs seem clearer through the MB cabs than they did through the hartke. I'm not sure which model that cab was but it made me feel a little muddy, albeit providing massive amounts of low-end that initially astonished me. That being said, I'm no longer thinking about selling mine currently..as to be quite honest they were sounding pretty freaking awesome with the band last night. That and there's always the thought that good playing technique will make any bass/amp sound amazing.

Matty, I agree with your entire post. I've been playing around with Mark bass on and off for a few years now but only with the combos. The build quality is stellar and I'm just drawn to them. As for the 1x15 with a 4x10 argument, I've never heard a problem with it my self. Maybe it is a scientific thing, but it works for me. Bring on the hate :) I love them
