US Markbass users: pricing?

I played a few of the Markbass amplifers yesterday and, old news, they sound great. Pricing in Canada, however, is not so attractive. The LMII is going for $855, the TA501 is $1625, and the SD800 is $1700, all before applicable taxes. I checked out Musician's Friend, as well as a few other MB dealers on my side of the fence, so what are most folks in the US paying (new) for these amplifiers?

Since the canadian dollar crashed, things have gotten alot more expensive! They were selling for 650$ here in Montreal this summer, Now they are in the 800/850 range. I bought a Lakland bass a couple of weeks ago from club bass at the old price, the new ones will be selling for 300$ more!!!! I think I will cut back on expensive purchases until things get back to normal.

Tell me about it, heck I bought a a solid quality amp and cab back in June and bought the ext. cab a month ago and it cost me 75% of the original purchase price of the amp/cab. As much as I freaked, I still got a reasonable deal when you combine the two purchases. if I was to buy the whole rig now, I'd be squirmin at about $ 1500.00 as it was I got out for about $1200.00. Man I bought my Bass in March 2008, the CDN dollar was at par and it is US made, count my blessings the same instrument would be $250-300 more just on the exchange never mind any price increases. Ran out of GAS for the time being.....
